MultiVersus is in the midst of its second season, but we’ve been getting teases about what’s coming next for a while. Even without the full roster for Season 2 released, there are a couple of characters that are being teased for MultiVersus Season 3.
In this new season of the game, we’re expecting some big expansions. More MultiVersus game modes, other additions, and maybe most excitedly two new characters. Although these two aren’t quite what we’re expecting, they still look like they’ll be an exciting add-on to the roster so far. This is what we know about MultiVersus Season 3:

The new season of MultiVersus is adding two more characters, both lined now that Beetlejuice is added. Player First Games has shared a rough teaser of the characters and their silhouettes. Although MultiVersus’s shadows aren’t the best at hiding their contents, we’ve got a pretty clear look at the new fighters.
By this initial tease, it does look like the Powerpuff Girls are going to be the first additions. These have been showing up in leaks for a little while. It’ll be fun to see a three-in-one fighter for the new season. The other revealed for MultiVersus Season 3 though is a bit more surprising.
According to those familiar with DC, it’s a character called Nubia. Who is quite similar to Wonder Woman. Since she’s already in the cast, this isn’t the strangest pick. It might be a fun pair to use in Duos.

Most of the content for Season 3 has been teased in this trailer, but what about the release date? MultiVersus Season 3 is set to arrive very soon. The title’s current Battle Pass will end today. The next season will when begin on September 12th.
