Fortnite OG Season 3 Release Date
The next Season for Fortnite OG is going to start up soon. The current one, Season 2, is scheduled to end on March 25th. This aligns with the next Fortnite update and we can expect Fortnite OG Season 3 to begin again on the same day. These early seasons are particularly fun to revisit as the Fortnite we remember takes shape.
The game will move into Fortnite OG Season 3 with the March 25th update. We’ll get those patch notes then, but probably won’t be in for too many big surprises in terms of gameplay. OG Season 3 is going to be an early season re-ran. The Battle Pass will see some changes though, with new versions of some classic skins.

We’re still waiting for Fortnite OG Season 3, but Epic has just revealed the full spread of new Fortnite OG Season 3 Battle Pass skins! These are new remixes on the original skins included in that season. It’s just a handful, but we’re getting new versions of a few different characters.
One of the most exciting here is a new version of Rust Lord. The character is designed a bit different, a lot more flair than we saw with the original. A new version of the astronaut puts the helmet on a punk style outfit too. Then there’s an astronaut with a much busier suit. It’s a big difference from the particularly clean looking skin in the original.
One notable missing character is the Reaper. This was probably the most popular character out of the original Battle Pass. A kind of off-brand John Wick from before Fortnite collabs got so big. With the real John Wick now in the game, players were unsure if Reaper would get a new look this time and it seems they have been skipped over. However, with the other skins crossing other two different characters we have had pretty good representation of the classic Season 3 Battle Pass characters.
