The Fortnite Raiden skin is one of the many gaming collaborations that Epic Games has done over the years. Fortnite is its own game, but it’s also home to Kratos, Solid Snake, Lara Croft, Chun-Li, Master Chief, and quite a few other icons from totally different games. Raiden is one of the most prominent to be added in a while, so here’s what you need to know about it.

The Fortnite Raiden skin just returned to the Item Shop on Tuesday evening. The gaming icon made its debut in the Item Shop during Chapter 5 Season 1 but had been absent for over 100 days. Fans of the game and the skin were pleased to see its return. The skin sells for 1800 V-Bucks and has two different styles. It comes with a pickaxe and a weapon wrap as well. It had previously only been in the shop for one week, so this was the beginning of a welcome second stint.
In order to purchase this skin, you must go to the Item Shop. Navigate to the section Raiden is in and select purchase. It will presumably be in the shop for a few days. However, if you don’t want to miss out on it like the first time, you should do this sooner rather than later. Once it leaves, it is probably going to be gone for more than 100 days again. Raiden originally hails from the video game Metal Gear. He debuted in the same season as his gaming counterpart, Solid Snake.
