A new Striker Burst Assault Rifle is here for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4. The Burst Rifles were always an interesting part of the loot pool. They were around in one form or another for a lot of the first few Chapters and they definitely have their fans as more exact weapons. The Striker Burst Assault Rifle in particular was a really fun weapon in Chapter 3, one of the better assault rifles we’ve had.

The Striker Burst Assault Rifle has returned with the latest update. It’s in the game and in a new Mythic form. Looking around the loot pool, it’s pretty noticeable how many random weapons have been included, like auto-firing always-on turrets. However, the Striker Burst shows there’s still some higher skill items out there.
Although, it isn’t the easy gun in the game to track down. Especially, if you’re going for the Chapter 5 Mythics. If you want to get your hands on it, there’s quite a specific way you’ll need to go about it.

The new striker Burst Assault Rifle is available as a Mythic item from the new boss, Emma Frost. She’s found at one of the new POIs on the map. You’ll have to defeat the boss if you want to collect the gun, along with a medallion that has a power that can come in really handy for the Striker. This is how you can collect it:

That’s how you can get the Striker Burst Assault Rifle. It’s one of the better guns in the game, although random superhero powers might be a bit more powerful in the meta. The boss also drops a medallion that scans for players which is really helpful for an accurate mid-range weapon.
If you rack down the Striker Burst Assault, you might notice some changes. Like every other weapon, it’s no longer hit scan. This is the biggest adjustment from the last time it was in the game as a Mythic. It’s also had the changes to its stats you’d expect. It still kills very quickly and offer sone of the more accurate patterns that you’ll find from an AR in the game.
The Striker Burst Assault Rifle might be one of the most powerful traditional weapons in the loot pool right now. in tournaments for Fortnite esports where we see the crazy items removed, this will probably be one of the best guns to carry.
