One of the Fortnite collabs that’s shown up a lot in leaks lately is Avatar. Not the Last Airbender, which we got in Chapter 5. However, the James Cameron series of movies featuring the Na’vi. The Fortnite X Avatar collab might be coming sooner than expected too. The skins have just leaked in full.
With each Fortnite update, more get added into the files. We’ve had rumours and whispers about this Avatar crossover for a while. But with new Fortnite updates, we now have a clearer idea about the Fortnite X Avatar collab and it looks like it’s definitely in the works, and possibly arriving quite soon.

With the latest Fortnite update, we’ve had a good luck at the new skins coming as part of Fortnite X Avatar. There appears to be two, covering the two main characters of Avatar. As expected their proportions are definitely pushing things for Fortnite, but it seems they’ve managed to make them fit into the game’s standard sizes.
The skins appear roughly as you remember them from the Avatar films. Although, it’s with a slightly different style since Fortnite doesn’t look like Avatar. The skins will likely be coming with other cosmetics too. Like backblings or gliders to fill out the shop section.
A major new collab should be coming to Fortnite in one of the future updates. A crossover with Avatar. This would be a strangely timed Fortnite collab, it’s been a while since the last Avatar movie and a new one isn’t due out anytime soon. However, the series is iconic in its own way and its blue giants are definitely recognizable enough to make it as Fortnite skins.

This new collab probably isn’t expected in the next Fortnite update. It seems more likely to come after the season ends. However, with unencrypted files starting to be found by leakers, it might be coming sooner than we think. Players can expect some skins for the collab, presumably some Na’vi. Although, their taller builds might make the Fortnite hitbox problem rear its head again.

Most Fortnite collabs are mainly viewed through the lens of Battle Royale, but some of them have had a big inclusion in Lego modes too. Star Wars was the most obvious collab for Lego Fortnite. However, crossovers like Marvel have gotten fleshed out Lego variants too. It looks like Fortnite X Avatar will be one of these too.
If you’ve been following Fortnite leaks lately, Avatar has been popping up for a while but seems to be closer to release than thought. A few items were included in a recent update, but weren’t encrypted. So, leakers have gotten a better idea of what’s coming. It seems the Avatar collab will be coming to Lego too. It’s great to see more Fortnite collabs showing up in this mode. We’ll have to see if it’s getting a full Lego Pass or if this is just a polished version of the skin for the Lego mode.

The hotbox won’t be an issue. Godzilla and Kong are skins. They’ll just be human sized avatars. Good read though.
