The best seeds for Minecraft range depending on what you as a player want. You might want generated structures galore. You may also want a nice area to build a base and a town in. Having rare biomes near spawn, villages with good items, explorable caves, and more all make for good Minecraft seeds. After the 1.21 update, plenty of the terrain and world generation changed. This Minecraft seed has a Trial Chamber, the newest generated structure. It’s pretty close to spawn as well, so you can spawn in, set up camp, and start fighting the Bogged or Breeze. To make it that much better, there is also a village near spawn for good loot and potential trading. The Trial Chamber is also right by a massive cave, so you can explore and probably find diamonds and other resources.
Swamps do not have their own themed villages. Deserts, Taigas, Plains, and other biomes do, but not the Swamp. This is unfortunate because, just like the jungle, a villager in that biome will have unique trades. You can breed them in these biomes to work around it, but this seed does the work for you. A Taiga village spawns on the edge of the Swamp biome, so much of it is in the biome. Firstly, this is a rare generation, but secondly, you get unique trades as well!
This seed has something that speedrunners will appreciate: a good Nether spawn. The overworld is fine, but the Nether is great. When you spawn in the Nether after building the portal, you’re right next to a Nether fortress. That’s a huge lifesaver because it guarantees Blaze spawners. Ordinarily, you might have to travel thousands of blocks to find them. Additionally, there is a Bastion Remnant nearby to top it off.
One of the best seeds for Minecraft is this one. Ancient Cities, where good, unique music plays, are structures with incredible loot, so finding a seed with one automatically makes it worth a play. This seed in particular has not one but eight Ancient Cities. They are all within about 1,000 blocks of each other, so you could end up with exceptional loot in a short amount of time.
For those who want to beat the game in impressive time, this is the seed. Minecraft speedrunners use this seed. It’s the one used in the current world record. That means it’s set up perfectly for you to win, including with the Stronghold almost immediately available. You might not set records yourself, but it is a good seed that makes beating the game that much easier.
