Unicorn Overlord is a new tactical RPG from Vanillaware, released in March 2024. The game received positive reviews from fans and critics alike, proving to be a solid new addition to the genre. However, many gamers aren’t aware of the Unicorn Overlord platforms, with particular confusion about whether the game is available on PC. We’re here to answer those burning questions and reveal all the Unicorn Overlord platforms!

As of June 2024, Unicorn Overlord is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. This should be enough for most gamers to get their Unicorn Overlord fix, although there is one obvious omission in this regard – the PC.

As of right now, Unicorn Overlord is not on PC. This is quite unusual nowadays, and it seems like the type of game that would benefit from being available on PC.
Unfortunately, it’s mostly bad news when it comes to Unicorn Overlord on PC. Around the time of the game’s launch, Atlus producer Akiyasu Yamamoto had this to say in an interview with Destructoid:
“As a publisher, we would like to deliver it to PC users as well, but per our agreement with Vanillaware, we are only releasing on console. In other words, there are no plans to port it to PC currently.”
Make no mistake – this is as close to a total shutdown about the potential of Unicorn Overlord coming to PC as players could ever hope to get. They may be waiting some time to get involved with all of the Unicorn Overlord romances! That’s not to say it definitely won’t happen in the future, but right now, it’s not looking good. Gamers will instead have to get their fix of Unicorn Overlord on one of the following platforms:
