Last, week, Wuthering Waves was released! A new RPG in a futuristic world, full of fun characters. The title has been released on PC, but it’s mobile where it’s really flourished. Wuthering Waves has hit the top of the charts in multiple different app stores! Wuthering Waves downloads are showing the game has real legs.
At the time of launch, a lot of fans were excited to jump in. On the surface, the title has a few similarities to games like Genshin or Honkai Star Rail. While it’s got gacha elements, Wuthering Waves has a lot to differentiate it. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to most gachas, and we’re seeing this reflected in the high Wuthering Waves downloads in app stores.

In its first week, Wuthering Waves has ended up ranking high in more than 100 different countries’ app stores. It rose to number 4 in the US Games app store for iPhone. It’s hit number 1 in Japan. Then, 3rd in Thailand.
Over on the Google Play Store, the game is top in Japan and Australia. 2nd in Thailand, France, Germany, and the US. The Wuthering Waves downloads show the title is booming across the world.
The game has quite a lot to offer players. It’s not just a simple RPG, there is strong combat, even tough challenges like the Wuthering Waves Fallen Grave puzzle. By the looks of these download numbers, we’re going to be seeing more and more players jump in and try out the game. Hopefully, we’ll continue to see these app store rankings stay strong for the title.
