The BLAST x Blacklyte partnership has already begun, with its chairs debuting at May’s BLAST R6 Major Manchester 2024 and the ongoing CS2 BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024. Blacklyte’s Athena X gaming chair will also feature in all BLAST Premier and BLAST Rainbow Six events through the rest of the 2024 season. On the new partnership, Alexander Lewin, SVP of Commercial Revenue at BLAST, had this to say:
“We are very excited to welcome Blacklyte to both the BLAST Premier and BLAST Rainbow Six Esports ecosystems for the remainder of 2024. This is BLAST’s first cross-ecosystem partnership and we can’t wait to showcase the Blacklyte brand to a multitude of audiences in both Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six Siege. BLAST works across an array of leading esports titles and this cross-ecosystem partnership is a testament to that variety and ability to tap into an array of communities. We’ve got some incredible event destinations coming up this year with London, Copenhagen and Montreal and we can’t wait to integrate Blacklyte into our remaining events.”
The Blacklyte gaming chairs are set to feature in the following LAN events throughout 2024:
BLAST Premier:
- BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024
- BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024
- BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2024
- BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024
- BLAST Premier World Final 2024
BLAST Rainbow Six:
- BLAST R6 Major Montreal 2024
Blacklyte will feature on the broadcast of all BLAST events going forward, broadcasting the gaming chairs to millions of gamers.

The news marks the beginning of another important partnership for BLAST. It comes hot on the heels of the tournament organizer announcing a partnership with Pot Noodle, with Unilever bringing its iconic brand to the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 from June 12th – 16th.
The BLAST x Pot Noodle partnership is currently confirmed to run for the duration of the popular CS2 tournament, which sees Counter-Strike head to London for the first time in years. Pot Noodle will be hosting giveaways throughout the event, giving gamers the chance to win several prizes.
