Welcome to the League of Draven. The axe master does a wonderful job when played in tandem with Blitzcrank since the two have one of the strongest laning phase and trade potentials. As long as the two players are playing their champions correctly, one hook by Blitzcrank will likely mean death for the enemy champion.
Compared to most marksmen, Draven has much higher damage early on. Paired with its snowball mechanic around its passive, his damage will spike a lot earlier. Kai’Sa used to be extremely popular with Blitzcrank when she used to go for the lethality. Jinx has gained some power following her latest buffs and she does well when paired with Blitzcrank. With this duo, you want to maximize the pick potential and quickly burst the hooked target down to give Jinx her passive. If you’re consistently able to make those catches, Jinx will take over the fights and single-handedly carry you the game.
While Ezreal is not an easy champion to master in LoL, he makes quite a good pairing with Blitzcrank. The two are not particularly strong in the 2v2 but Ezreal is a safe pick that allows Blitzcrank to often move away from the lane to roam and make plays elsewhere on the map.

Jhin has been the most popular ADC in recent patches given his safe laning phase and utility. Together with Blitzcrank, the two make a great combo to pick off enemies and kill them before they can respond. The best thing about this combo is that it can be pulled off both from close and long range, depending on whether Jhin has the ultimate ready.
