It would be understandable to think this image is from a Diablo game, but no, this is Ashen Knight Pyke. It is a really cool skin that shows Pyke in more of an Immortal setting.
The lore behind this skin is quite sad, to be honest. Pyke has only known one thing in his life, war against magic. After being condemned to death for his petty crimes, he was saved and made into a knight until the end of the war, in which he was left abandoned in an Ashen world.
Unfortunately for players, Ashen Knight Pyke is no longer available for purchase in the official League of Legends store.

Empyrean Pyke is a cool skin that was used in the opening ceremony of the 2022 League of Legends World Championship grand finals. This tournament has significance as one of the greatest underdog stories in LoL esports history occurred when DRX upset the world, and took down T1 who were the overwhelming favorites.

Psyops Pyke is probably the most popular Pyke skin on the market, and one I see the most being used by both in my own solo queue games, and the League of Legends esports scene, as well as some of the most popular League of Legends streamers.
For the lore with this skin, Pyke has essentially lost his mind, as it has been crumbled by his powers. Pyke has the power to jump through the barrier separating the living and the dead, crumbling his mind as it ascended into madness. His skills are still sharp, but his mind is a fraction of what it once was.
