The MSC 2024 Playoffs Stage will follow a single elimination bracket format, which means teams will get knocked out of the tournament if they lose a series against their opponents.
Here are the eight teams that have made it to the Playoffs.
The defending world champions cruised over their group and easily advanced to the Playoffs. Liquid Echo is the favorite to win MSC 2024 due to the team’s top-class performance.
Another Filipino powerhouse, Falcons AP. Bren also dominated their group and moved to the Playoffs with a flawless record. They are also among the top contenders to lift the trophy this season.
The Selangor Red Giants have surprised the MLBB community with their results in the past few months. Not only did they win the MPL Malaysia Season 13 but they also topped their group in MSC 2024 and are one of the dark horses to look out for.
HomeBois had a tumultuous MSC 2024 journey as they had to earn their spot through the wildcard qualifiers. They have managed to advance to the Playoffs but have an uphill battle if they want to advance further.
See You Soon created the biggest upset of the Group Stage when they beat Fnatic ONIC. They went on to clean sweep Team Falcons to qualify for the next round. They must produce such miraculous performances again to beat their next matchup in the playoffs.
Although Falcon Esports made it to the Playoffs, their performance in the group stage was less impressive compared to the other qualifiers. They face a do-or-die situation in the Knockout round and will need to step up their game to stay in contention.
The hope of Singaporean MLBB fans rests on NIP Flash as the team moves onto the Playoffs after a strong group stage performance. NIP Flash still has a lot of work to do if they want to have a deeper run at this stage.
Fire Flux Esports is the legit dark horse team of the MSC 2024 tournament. They have the potential to beat any team as well as have the weakness of losing any game. Depending upon its performance, Fire Flux can shake up the Playoffs bracket immensely.
