The talk of the town within mobile gaming in 2025 is VALORANT mobile. Since its announcement a few months ago, everyone has been waiting to hear more about the game. With the various beta tests taking place, a lot of information about the game has been reported worldwide. Recently, fans in China might have found out what the VALORANT Mobile release date is in their country.
It is currently known to all that VALORANT Mobile is being developed by Lightspeed Studios in China. When the game was first announced, the collaboration between the studio and Riot Games was announced.
Since then, we have seen numerous announcements from the developers. While the core game mechanics are similar to VALORANT, there will be exclusive features added in VALORANT mobile. When the pre registrations for the game was made live, it had over 10 milllion requests in 48 hours.
Recently, fans in China noticed that VALORANT Mobile was showcased on the Apple App Store. When fans clicked on the page, they found out the listed release date for the game.
According to the Apple App Store, VALORANT Mobile is slated to launch on November 25th. On the Apple Store, it is written that that day will be the expected release day.
It is pretty interesting, as this aligns with recent developments concerning the game.
Recently, VALORANT Mobile announced its collaboration with the mobile phone company OnePlus. Within this collaboration, they announced that the first VALORANT Mobile tournament will take place in China in July. There will also be various booths set up in the months to come for players to try out VALORANT Mobile on OnePlus devices. The system requirements for mobile phones to play VALORANT smoothly were announced at this event.

Currently, there is no information available about the global launch of the game. It appears that Riot Games was the game to be tested in a market like China before it went worldwide. A significant reason for this is the shift of multiple players from PCs to mobile devices.
In the past, we have discussed how both games are distinct entities. There is a chance that in countries within South East Asia, which is known to be a more mobile gaming-dominated region, multiple players switch from PC to mobile gaming.
If VALORANT Mobile is released in November 2025, it does feel like it would release worldwide only in the second quarter of 2026. A particular reason for this is that we haven’t heard any information about the games’ licensing registration globally. Back in 2024 we got new about VALORANT Mobile recieving its permission to release by the Chinese Government. A year since then we have seen the game been announced and multiple beta tests been hosted.
