S Factor 11 is going to be one of the biggest Smash events in July. Starting up this weekend, the Mexican Major will see most of the top Smash players in one place. Competing to see who’s on top in Nintendo’s platform fighter in 2024.
The tournament is going to feature major events for both Ultimate and Melee. It’s been a bit lighter on Smash Esports tournaments lately, so it’ll be interesting to see how this tournament goes. It’s got a prize pool that’s pretty impressive. As the 11th S or Smash Factor tournament, we can expect something impressive here. This is what you can expect at the tournament:

S Factor 11 is the next in a long running series, previously called Smash Factor. The event is taking place over July 13-14th. It’s going to be a fighting game esports event focused entirely on Smash Bros. There’ll still be some decent variety here though, both Melee and Ultimate will be in-play.
Both tournaments will have their own pools round, followed by a bracket. We’ve seen some of the best players already sign up to take place.
Out of Ultimate, some of the top Smash players have signed up. Tweek was supposed to be coming to the event, but won’t be now. However, we’ve still got most of the top contenders here. These are some of the fighters showing up:
S Factor 11 isn’t just focusing on the latest game. Melee still gets plenty of play even with ultimate, it’ll likely still be on tournament rosters when the next Smash game comes out. The line-up for Melee is no less impressive. These are the names already signed up here.
