Black Ops 7: All Weapons & Scorestreaks Revealed Ahead of Launch

Black Ops 7 is shaping up to be a pretty solid entry in the franchise. At launch, the game will include 30 different weapons, and 16 of them are brand new to the franchise. This Black Ops 7 weapons line-up feels stacked with some unique additions.

Treyarch has also packed in more depth through the updated Gunsmith system. You can now build, share, and even swap weapon builds with your friends in a much more intuitive way than before. If you need a quick guide or you just want tips for Black Ops 7 multiplayer weapons, this article will help you out.

All Weapons in Black Ops 7 So Far

The weapons list has nine categories: Assault Rifles, SMGs, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, Marksman Rifles, LMGs, Pistols, Launchers, and Melee. That’s pretty much everything you need in Multiplayer. If you want to go through all weapons in Black Ops 7, the sections below have the guns and their descriptions.

Black Ops 7 Assault Rifles

Assault Rifles are the bread and butter of Call of Duty games. They’re reliable and balanced. They work best at mid-range, but don’t be fooled, you can stretch them far if you know what you’re doing. These Black Ops 7 guns will be your main picks in a lot of builds.

  • M15 Mod 0: A full auto rifle that’s built for all-rounders. Solid damage, good range, and easy to control.
  • MXR-17: This one feels heavier in hand. Great accuracy, great range, but mobility suffers.
  • Peacekeeper Mk1: The fan-favorite returns. Fast handling, great mobility, but expect some nasty recoil.

Three more ARs will be available at launch, but Treyarch is keeping them under wraps for now.

Black Ops 7 SMGs

SMGs are for players who sprint first, aim later, and just love running and gunning. They shine up close but can also hold their own mid-range if you keep shots tight. These small but lethal tools are a core part of the Black Ops 7 weapons roster.

  • Ryden 45K: Balanced, reliable, and smooth recoil. Good for beginners and veterans alike.
  • Dravec 45: Stable and pretty strong at mid-range, though it lacks punch up close.
  • Razor 9mm: High fire rate, but slower handling and poor range make it a risky choice. Solid for running and gunning, though.

Three more SMGs will also be dropping with launch.

Black Ops 7 Shotguns

The kings of close-quarters combat. Shotguns demand you get personal, and if you miss, you’ll regret it.

  • M10 Breacher: Pump action with a neat trick–holding the trigger tightens the spread. Deadly in tight corners.
  • Echo 12: A double-barrel with semi-auto shots before you rechamber. Massive power but takes timing to really master.

Expect one more shotgun at launch.

Black Ops 7 Sniper Rifles

The snipers here feel old-school, but look futuristic, much like all the other weapons. Devastating at a range, but clunky to move around with.

  • VS Recon: A bolt-action with quick rechambering. It’s reliable, though recoil needs some learning.
  • XR-3 Ion: A burst-first sniper. Yes, you read that right. Three-round bursts, which are heavy-hitting but slow. There’s also a pre-fire delay.

And there’s one more sniper Treyarch hasn’t revealed yet.

Black Ops 7 Marksman Rifles

Marksman Rifles are in the middle space between two categories. Not quite snipers, not quite ARs. They shine in maps with long sightlines but don’t weigh you down too much.

  • M8A1: A classic four-round burst. The burst cooldown will need some learning, though.

Two more Marksman Rifles will be revealed at launch.

Black Ops 7 LMGs

Heavy, slow, but terrifying. LMGs are for people who love suppressive fire, and are great for holding down an area.

  • MK.78: Full auto, huge ammo pool, and good damage. Slower movement, but once set up, it’s very dominating.

At least one more LMG is confirmed for launch.

Black Ops 7 Pistols

Switching to your sidearm is always faster than reloading. They’re not lethal on their own, but switching to one beats waiting for a reload.

  • Jäger 45: Semi-auto, low recoil, quick fire, and reliable.
  • CODA 9: Full auto pistol with high recoil. Great damage, but you’ll feel the recoil hard.

And yes, there’s another pistol coming too.

Black Ops 7 Launchers

Launchers are great for dealing with those pesky scorestreaks.

  • A.R.C. M1: This one charges up before firing a searing energy beam. Brutal against both vehicles and Scorestreaks.

One more launcher will be revealed later.

Black Ops 7 Melee Weapons

Every Operator comes strapped with a unique melee weapon, which will be revealed at launch.

  • Flatline MK.II: Looks like a futuristic baton. Decent swing speed, high damage.

All Scorestreaks in Black Ops 7

Scorestreaks are where the game gets unbalanced and fun. They’re a nice reward for chaining kills, assists, and objectives. From the classic UAVs and RC-XDs to the newer hulking machines like the Rhino, these Black Ops 7 scorestreaks can turn the tide of a match.

Below is the Black Ops 7 scorestreak list, with all 21 scorestreaks.

It depends on your style, but many players generally consider Assault Rifles and SMGs as some of the best Black Ops 7 guns, since they’re useful in multiple situations.

How many scorestreaks are in Black Ops 7?

What’s the difference between scorestreaks and killstreaks in BO7?
