Black Ops 7 Fallout Endgame Content

Wraith Wing & Deathclaw Hunt World Events

In the Wraith Wing World Event in BO7’s Campaign Endgame, players must take down an advanced Guild VTOL equipped with cloning technology that respawns Feral Ghouls. The objective is to survive the onslaught, disable the aircraft, and earn the available rewards.

In the Deathclaw Hunt World Event, a bomb devastates part of the Avalon map, turning it into a Fallout-inspired wasteland. Players must push through toxic air and eliminate Deathclaws defended by hordes of Feral Ghouls.

Black Ops 7 Fallout Multiplayer Content

Check out all the Black Ops 7 Multiplayer Fallout-inspired content, featuring a new map variant and game modes:

Vault Town: Nuketown Map Variant

Fallout’s takeover introduces a new Nuketown map variant called Vault Town, transforming the iconic Black Ops 7 multiplayer map into retro-apocalyptic suburbs.

This variant features Fallout-inspired props and environmental details based on the popular Amazon Prime series, with subtle nods to the Wasteland throughout the map.

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem Mode

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem brings Fallout’s irradiated atmosphere to Black Ops 7 Multiplayer maps, where players can jump into a 6v6 mode moshpit featuring Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Hardpoint.

Throughout each match, players can grab S.P.E.C.I.A.L. buffs, which provide in-game effect bonuses. To help manage high radiation exposure, the HUD in this mode includes a Geiger counter that tracks your current radiation level.

Here are all the power-ups available in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem mode:

  • Pumpkin Pie: Increases health.
  • Nuka-Cola Cranberry: Score multiplier.
  • Jet: Increased overall movement speed.
  • Psycho: Improves hip-fire accuracy and headshot damage.
  • RadAway: Reduces your current radiation level.
  • Luck Bobblehead: Increases the chances of finding better power-ups and RadAway from fallen enemies.

Pro Tip: Make sure to equip any Fallout-themed Operator skin when playing S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Mayhem to start the match with the Luck Bobblehead buff automatically active.

The Ghouls

The Ghouls LTM pits 24 players against each other in a twisted take on the classic Infected mode.

Players can take on the role of Vault Dwellers, Glowing Ghouls, or Standard Ghouls, each with a unique playstyle and benefits.

The mode’s objective remains the same: eliminate all non-infected players (Vault Dwellers) or survive until the match timer expires and eliminate all infected players (Standard and Glowing Ghouls).

Vault Dwellers

Deploy with a full loadout and the LDBR, H.A.R.P., and War Machine Scorestreaks to fight off the horde. They can be exposed to high levels of radiation, which can be reduced by collecting RadAway dropped by eliminated Ghouls.

Consecutive Ghoul eliminations grant the following bonuses:

  • First kill: Increased movement and sprint-to-fire speed.
  • Second kill: Improved hip-fire accuracy.
  • Third kill: Faster ADS and weapon swap speed.
  • Fourth kill: Faster reload speed.
  • Fifth kill: Double points and increased headshot damage.

Pro Tip: Equip a Fallout Operator Skin to start the match with an active buff automatically.

Glowing Ghouls

When the Infection timer begins, one player is randomly selected as the first Glowing Ghoul.

This Ghoul gains increased health and the ability to instantly kill enemies until another Ghoul joins the match. Upon death, the Glowing Ghoul explodes, raising radiation levels for nearby Vault Dwellers.

Standard Ghouls

Standard Ghouls attack using melee only and are equipped with the Ninja and Tracker Perks, along with the Recon Combat Specialty. Ghouls who chain enough Vault Dweller eliminations can activate the Deathclaw Scorestreak, transforming into an even greater threat.

Black Ops 7 Fallout Zombies Content

Fallout’s collaboration with Black Ops 7 Zombies introduces a new limited-time Project RADS mode on Ashes of the Damned and Astra Malorum.

Project RADS LTM Explained

Zombies’ Project RADS mode introduces Feral Ghouls and Deathclaws to the Ashes of the Damned and Astra Malorum maps, exposing the crew to increasing levels of radiation with each passing round.

Unlike the classic Zombies experience, healing and earning Essence are replaced by a loot-drop system from fallen enemies. Available drops include:

  • Food Items: Restore health.
  • Bottle Caps (Essence): Used to purchase map items.
  • Rad-X: Reduces your current radiation level.
  • RadAway: Completely removes radiation from all players

Project RADS also features a Geiger counter that tracks radiation exposure as part of the in-game HUD. Managing radiation is crucial, as high levels can cause negative effects such as reduced movement speed and weapon damage, frozen Field Upgrade charge, and a slow, continuous health drain.
