If you’re tired of playing on one server and want to look for a new challenge, here’s a guide on how you can change it in League of Legends.

Luckily for you, Riot Games made the possibility of changing servers in League of Legends an easy thing to do. The only issue, however, is that it will cost you a bit of money, or in other words, RPs.
The most straightforward way to change the server in League of Legends is by spending RPs to request the change. You can do so by heading to the ‘account tab’, and then clicking on the ‘server transfer’ section in your League client. At that point, you will be able to decide where to transfer your account. Be aware, however, that you will need to pay 2,600 RPs to move it to any server you want. To get those 2,600 RPs needed, you will have to spend around €22 (21.99, to be exact) unless you have leftover in-game currency.
It’s not a cheap thing to do, especially if you want to transfer it back to the original server at a later date. That said, it’s the best and quickest way.
While everything will be automatically transferred, including your levels and skins, there are a few things that you need to be aware of. The first is that you won’t have the ranked results transferred, meaning you will have to fresh restart on the ranked ladder, starting from placements. Also, you will lose honor levels, shop offers, and eternal progress, as they won’t carry over to the new server.
If paying for the server transfer can be expensive for you, the other way to change servers is by getting a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and choosing the VPN in the region you want to play in. Getting the VPN is probably going to cost you less, but you will lose out on having your previous account on the new server. This is because you will have to open up a new account on the new server and start again. It will be a bigger fuss since you will have to level up the account and then slowly unlock all the in-game items. But if you’re just looking for the chance to play against people from other servers and learn from them, this is a cheaper option for you.
