PUBG Mobile Ranks (2026): Tiers, RP Points & Ranking System Explained

In PUBG Mobile, ranks are more than a badge. They shape matchmaking, rewards, and the pace of every ranked season. While not much has changed in the ranking system, high-tier progression has added extra structure through Promotion Matches.

This guide breaks down all the PUBG Mobile ranks in order, including the minimum rank point cutoffs at each tier, how points typically move after each match, and what comes after Ace.

What Is The PUBG Mobile Rank System?

The PUBG Mobile rank system groups players into distinct tiers and divisions based on their performance in ranked matches throughout a season.

There are eight tiers in total, ranging from Bronze (the lowest rank) to Conqueror (the highest rank) in PUBG Mobile. Tiers Bronze to Crown are further subdivided into five divisions, denoted by the Roman numerals I–V. You need 100 points to rank up each division from Bronze to Crown.

Each rank reflects a player’s individual skill level. You earn or lose rank points (RP) after each ranked match from things like placement, kills, and survival time, with tougher competition and stricter point gains as you climb higher up the ranked ladder in PUBG Mobile.

How Rank Points (RP) Work In PUBG Mobile

Every PUBG Mobile match adjusts RP based on results and impact.

The primary drivers are placement, survival, and contributions like eliminations and damage. By contrast, early exits tend to penalize rank progress, especially in higher lobbies.

As your rank rises, the same match can be worth less RP later because high-tier progression is designed to slow down. That’s why having consistent Top 10 finishes outperforms a few highlight games followed by early losses.

PUBG Mobile Promotion Matches & Season Series In 2026

In 2026, KRAFTON rolled out a ranked progression upgrade tied to PUBG Mobile v4.2, introducing Promotion Matches and Season Series. These went live around Season 28, with the Season Series spanning three seasons (about 6 months).

After hitting the RP threshold for Ace/Ace Master/Ace Dominator, in order to promote, players are now required to complete a certain set of challenges during their Promotion Matches to get to a higher rank.

PUBG Mobile Ace Rank Explained

Ace is the first elite rank in the PUBG Mobile ranking system. It branches into Ace Master and Ace Dominator at higher RP thresholds. In other words, Ace isn’t just “one rank”—it’s a tier with additional milestones above it.

Conqueror remains at the top among all PUBG Mobile ranks, but it doesn’t correspond to a fixed RP number. To achieve it, players must be among the Top 500 on the server leaderboard at the daily reset, which is officially set for 00:20 UTC.

How To Check Your Rank In PUBG Mobile

To check your rank in PUBG Mobile, all you have to do is open the drop-down menu in the bottom-right corner and select “Rank.” This will take you to the Rank page, where your current rank is displayed clearly at the bottom of the screen.

When Do PUBG Mobile Ranks Reset?

PUBG Mobile ranks reset at the start of every new season, which usually occurs every two months. When this happens, all players are partially demoted to rebalance the competitive ladder.

High-ranked players are affected the most, while lower-ranked players from Bronze to Gold see little to no demotion. For example, those who finished Ace, Ace Master, Ace Dominator, or even Conqueror are typically reset back into the Platinum tiers. Platinum I is the highest possible starting rank after a reset.

How To Rank Up Fast In PUBG Mobile

Climbing in PUBG Mobile ranked mode isn’t just about getting more eliminations. These tips focus on what typically protects your RP and keeps progress steady across tiers:

  • Bronze–Gold: Survival and clean rotation will carry the climb. Try to avoid coin-flip fights, and you’ll stack a few extra Top 10 finishes.
  • Platinum–Crown: Balance wins here. Having consistent mid-game impact, safe resets, and clean disengages will often outperform all-in aggression.
  • Ace–Conqueror: Play like the ladder rewards stability. Treat each match as a “don’t bleed RP” run first, then layer kills on top.
