Where are the South American teams in BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024?
Despite the shocking success of HEROIC at the recent PGL Wallachia S2, the South American region is underrepresented at the BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024.
This is quite a bummer since HEROIC and other SA rivals have proved their worth when four of them made it into the playoffs of the said event. And of course, HEROIC upsetting Team Falcons in the grand finals was a marvel to watch.
Nevertheless, there is Nouns Esports that is the sole representative for the whole Americas region.
Favorites at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024
The TI13 Champions is definitely on every team and fan’s radar for the potential winner of BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024. This is Liquid‘s first tournament after TI13, which makes the event even more exciting.
Let’s not forget about the other powerhouses, which have time-and-time gave Liquid a run for their money. This includes Gaimin and Falcons.
Honorable Mentions
Another thing to look forward at the BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 is the post-TI13 Dota 2 roster shuffle. Notably, Team Spirit will not be playing with Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk and Myroslav “Mira” Kolpakov. With two new stand-ins in a team of champions, everyone’s eager to see how they fare up to the expectations.
Speaking of champions, former TI10 Champion and ex-Team Spirit player, Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Khertek, has left BetBoom Team too.
Last but not least, everyone is curious about Tundra Esports’ whereabouts, especially after Topson’s retirement. Having gotten so close to making it into the TI13 grand finals, Tundra has made themselves a staple among the favorites just recently. Nevertheless, a new roster that doesn’t include Topson is certainly going to be a cause for concern.
BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 is arguably the first official tournament after TI13 as it has all the major players from TI13 gathering for the new season. Be sure to catch the many teams competing at the event and even catch the first glimpse of new rosters for 2025 season.
