The Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) India Series (BGIS) 2025 Grand Finals are set to happen at the Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan in Kolkata, India. After long qualifiers that lasted almost two months, followed by the quarterfinals and semifinal, only 16 teams remain. They will compete in the Grand Finals from April 25 to 27 for the title of champions and a share of the Rs 32,000,000 ($374,763) prize pool.

Unlike other BGMI esports tournaments, primarily organized by third-party tournament organizers, no team has been directly invited into the Grand Finals based on their past performances in any BGMI tournament. All of them had to compete through a long league stage to rightfully earn their spots, leading to some vast upsets such as Team Tamilas K9 Esports, Likita Esports, and the reigning champions Revenant XSpark being eliminated in the semifinals. This will be the first BGMI official tournament, and two of the most prominent Indian Esports organizations, Godlike Esports and Team Soul, will participate. One can expect the viewership numbers during the tournament’s Grand Finals to be the highest they have ever been. Predicting the chance we see a total viewer count of 1 million during this tournament won’t be wrong.
