BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 is the conclusion of the BLAST circuit for the first half of 2025, following Bounty and Open. Like the previous events, BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 brings the best of each region of Counter-Strike from around the world together for one elite-tier event.
Originally planned to take place in Monterrey, Mexico, BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 has made a late move to the BLAST Studios in Denmark, where eight of the best CS2 teams will duke it out for their share of a $350,000 prize pool.

BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 keeps its format very simple, following along the same lines as earlier events this year, such as BLAST Open Spring.
Group Stage (April 30th – May 1st)
Playoffs (May 2nd – 4th)
Because of the forced regional wildcard invites, BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 features an odd blend of the very top teams, as well as the best from specific regions. It’s expected that the likes of Team Spirit, Team Vitality, MOUZ, and Team Falcons will all make it to the Playoffs, while the other four will likely duke it out for the remaining two spots.

Seeing as they keep winning everything, it’s hard to bet against Team Vitality emerging victorious at BLAST Rivals Spring 2025. They have been by far the team of the year so far, and look to be a dominant force in every CS2 tournament they play. It’s almost getting a little boring to say, but yeah, I reckon Team Vitality are going to win. Again.
As for potential contenders, Falcons are one interesting prospect as they continue to improve with m0NESY in the lineup. However, I’m going to go with Spirit as the next big challenger. When they play their first match at BLAST Rivals Spring 2025, it will have been one month since their last official. That’s a big break, one that should allow them to come to this event with fresh ideas to topple the Vitality machine.
