CDL 2026 Major 3 Location & Dates
The CDL 2026 Major 3 kicks off May 15–17, 2026, preceded by the Minor on April 24–26 and Online Qualifiers from April 17 to May 10, 2026. The tournament will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Minor and Major 3

CDL 2026 Major 3 Format
CDL 2026 Major 3 will feature three stages: Online Qualifier, Minor, and Major.
Online Qualifier
The Online Qualifier will run for three weeks (Apr 17–May 10), with twelve teams each playing five best-of-five matches. All teams will advance to the Major 3 Group Stage and the Minor, earning 10 CDL points for every win along the way.
Minor
Following their debut in 2025, Minors have been integrated into Stages 3 and 4 of the CDL 2026 season to drive momentum. In this bridge stage, all 12 teams will play best-of-five matchups in a single-elimination format, based on Online Qualifier seeding.
Major
The CDL 2026 Major 3 consists of two phases: Group Stage and Playoffs.
Teams will start in the double-elimination GSL-style Group Stage, seeded by their performance in the Minor. The top two finishers in each group will advance to the Playoffs, while the remaining teams will be eliminated.
The Playoffs will follow a double-elimination format. All matches will be played as best-of-five series, except the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-seven series.
Prize Pool Distribution
CDL Major 3 features a $365,000 prize pool and 370 CDL Points, with an additional $20,000 awarded to the Minor winner, and the top three teams earning a bonus 30, 20, and 10 CDL Points, respectively.
