Here’s all the key information about BLAST Slam V, including the schedule, format, teams, prize pool, and ticket information.

BLAST Slam V Location & Dates
BLAST Slam V kicks off on November 25 and runs through December 7, 2025. The Group Stage will be played online, but the Playoffs will take place in front of a live audience at the Wuliangye Chengdu Performing Arts Centre in Chengdu, China.
BLAST Slam V Schedule & Format
Building on the significant format change introduced at BLAST Slam IV, which added a LAN component to the event, the organizers are keeping the same structure for this edition.
The Group Stage (November 25–28) will adopt a round-robin format and all matches will be played as best-of-ones. The top two teams will advance directly to the Semifinals, while the 3rd-8th teams will move to the Play-In Stage.
Teams placed 9th–12th will face off in the Last Chance Playoffs, where they will compete in a best-of-three series; only two will proceed to the Play-In Stage. At that point, eight teams will clash in best-of-three series, with the winners advancing to the Quarterfinals and the rest being eliminated.
The tournament will then move to single-elimination Playoff brackets (December 5–7). All games will be played as best-of-three series, except for the Grand Final, which will be played as a best-of-five series. The top four teams will qualify for BLAST Slam VI.
