The PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2025 is set to take place from April 10 to 13 as teams from around the globe compete across the prelims and the main event for the title of champions and a share of the $409,000 prize pool. This time, the tournament is happening in Uzbekistan for the first time in the game’s esports history.

Who are the teams in the PMGO 2025?
The PMGO 2025 features a total of 24 teams competing in the prelims and the main event. Of these, eight have been directly invited to the Main Event based on their performance in the PMGC 2024 or by winning regional qualification tournaments. These are as follows:

What is the format and where to watch
The schedule for the PMGO 2025 is as follows:
- Prelims: April 10 and 11
- Main Event: April 12 and 13
In the prelims stage, the 16 teams, who have made it through open qualifiers, will be competing across 12 matches (six per day). The PMGO 2025 Main Event, on the other hand, will see the teams competing across 12 matches as well (six per day).

What is at stake in the PMGO 2025?
Besides the bragging rights, there is a prize pool of $409,000 at stake in the PMGO 2025. Furthermore, the champion’s region will receive an additional spot at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025. The PMWC will happen at the Esports World Cup in Saudi Arabia later this year.
