Only a few months ago, the Esports World Cup announced that VALORANT would be one of the games during the tournament. On their social media announcements, EWC has announced the format as well as other details about the upcoming tournament in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. How To Watch The Tournament?

The EWC and Riot Games partnership granted the former rights to host tournaments for League of Legends, VALORANT, and Teamfight Tactics until 2027.
Players will be able to watch the tournament on the official YouTube and Twitch Channel of the Esports World Cup. In various countries around the world, the Esports World Cup was also broadcast on live television as well. Currently there isn’t a lot of information on this topic but one can believe that there will be official streams of all the matches in multiple languages.
What Is The VALORANT x EWC 2025 Format?
The VALORANT X EWC tournament will consist of two phases: the Group Stage and the Playoffs Stage. The Group Stage will take place from July 8 to July 10. The playoffs stage will take place from July 11 to July 13, with the grand finals taking place on July 13.
In the Group Stage, the 16 teams will be split into four even groups. Each group will follow a GSL style with a double elimination bracket. The top 2 teams from each group will move on to the Playoffs, a single-elimination bracket.

VALORANT x EWC 2025 Prize Pool Split
The tournament has high stakes as besides the prize pool, it will contribute towards the Club Championship as well. The $1.25 million prize pool will be split as follows:
- Champion: $500,000
- Runners-up: $230,000
- 3rd place: $130,000
- 4th place: $70,000
- 5th to 8th place: $40,000 each
- 9th to 12th place: $25,000 each
- 13th to 16th place: $15,000 each
