Overwatch 2 focuses on hero-based gameplay, where each character has unique abilities, similar to Apex Legends. It’s team-oriented and perfect for those who enjoy strategic, fast-paced combat. While its not a Battle Royale like Apex, the character lead ability shooter aspect is something that will gel with Apex players. The largely mobile characters tend to take their fights in bursts as you fight for map control, just like in Apex.

It is noticeably slower, similar to CS2 in that moving while shooting is heavily frowned upon and hard to make work. If the unique characters and abilities was what drew you in for Apex, then playing with VALORANT agents might be a great change of pace.

Similar to Overwatch, Marvel Rivals is a team based hero shooter, featuring popular Marvel heroes like Iron Man, Thor, etc. The evolving terrain thanks to destructible environments gives that Apex style adaptive gameplay.
