2XKO is on the cusp of another chance for players to try things out early. This time, it’s the 2XKO Alpha Labs playtests. These are an opportunity for players to jump in and explore everything that’s finished so far. When can you catch this latest early demo for the game though?
This time, the 2XKO Playtest is being called Alpha Labs. A closer to release test than the Betas we’ve already seen. While the game is further along there’s a decent period coming where players can still try everything out in what’s sure to be a big 2025 fighting game. The title is coming from the developers of LoL, but seems like a strong entry in the world of fighters.

You can only take part in the 2XKO Playtest if you’re in a few participating locations. These are the countries which it is going to be open to:
Each of these countries are able to sign up. Although, it isn’t guaranteed you’ll make it into the play test, you’ll still have to go through the sign-ups for a chance to join the circuit.
The Alpha Labs test is going to be taking place from August 8 to August 19th. This is just over a full week of gameplay, plenty of time to test out how the title is coming.
This latest 2XKO Alpha Labs play test is going to be long enough to get a really good look at how things are developing in one of the most anticipated upcoming fighting games.

It’s all really quite simple. The big challenge is getting selected for the 2XKO playtest. The whole thing is going to be a hot ticket in August, with everyone from fighting game devotees to LoL fans trying to get access to the new game. The title won’t be released in full until 2025, so we’ll probably see a handful more tests along the way.
