Hinako – Latest KoF XV DLC Character Gets Gameplay Trailer
Another new KoF character is coming from SNK! The fighting game developer is currently working on a major upcoming fighting game, KoF VIII Global Match. However, XV is still receiving plenty of attention. Hot off the heels of the last major addition Duo Lon in KoF, we’re about to get the next character to come to KoF, Hinako!
SNK started things a bit ago with an early tease. Rather than revealing the character in full though, we instead got a cryptic look at who is coming next in silhouette. This was enough to get fans speculating about their identity. Some of the guesses have included Nelson or Heavy D. However, we eventually got confirmation of the next new KoF XV character, Hinako. Now, we’ve got a full gameplay trailer to show off how they’ll play in-game.

We’re about to learn a whole lot more about the next King of Fighters DLC character, Hinako Shinjo in KoF XV. The character is due to release in just a week! We’re already getting some decent information about what to expect with the character though. SNK have stepped up their marketing for the next DLC with the release of a new trailer showcasing everything the character has to offer.
The new trailer displays some of their unique new moves. It looks like they’re transitioning over to King of Fighters XV pretty smoothly. This latest character is due to release on November 14th. The character will be added before our next SNK World Championship qualifier, so they could prove a wildcard at future events.

Hinako Comes to King of Fighters XV
The next DLC character to come to King of Fighters XV is going to be Hinako. The fighter is a well-liked part of the franchise so not the most suspiring pick. However, she hasn’t been a big feature of 3D KoF games so this current version is still an exciting addition to the game.
Hinako isn’t a newcomer to King of Fighters XV. They originally showed up as part of the roster in KoF 2000. They turned up in quite a few titles after this, but haven’t been an inclusion in every title. Just like past KoF XV DLC, SNK is making some fun picks from their back catalogue.
The character definitely looks good in the transition to the more modern KoF XV though. We’ll have to wait a little while longer to fully play them. However, it’s great that this game is still receiving so much support, cementing its place as one of the best fighting games, even a couple of years out from the original release.
