Street Fighter 6 is one of the most polished fighting games we’ve ever seen. It’s a title that pushes the genre graphically, mechanically, and generally plays at a crazy high level, There’s one feature that is always a nice quality of life improvement though and it might not be the clearest to players if it’s included, so is Street Fighter 6 crossplay?

Crossplay in games is the ability to do online matches with friends on other consoles or platforms. On top of that, there’s the ability to log into your game on different platforms and continue with your progress. Most of the best fighting games in 2023 have this feature. It is expected, but missing from some of 2023’s biggest releases. It might be helpful to know is Street Fighter 6 crossplay if you’re playing on different platforms.

Is Street Fighter 6 crossplay? Yes. Players can match up with friends on any platform. This is one of the top fighting games on Xbox and the best fighters on PlayStation, so it makes a lot of sense that multiple platform players might want to play together. If you have friends on console, or PC if you’re on console, you can all play together in various game modes.

If you don’t want to play with fighters on other platforms, then you’ll need to disable it in your matchmaking settings. Since this is a fighting game there isn’t the biggest downside to playing with other platforms, there’s not the big frame per second gap that you’ll find in shooters that leaves players asking is Apex Legends crossplay. Is There Street Fighter 6 Cross Progression?

You’ll lose your Street Fighter 6 rank, cosmetics and anything else.

Brawhalla is years out from its original release. However, a recent update has finally enabled Brawlhalla cross progression. While SF 6 doesn’t have it yet, it might come in the future. Hopefully not the years and years that we had to wait to see Brawlhalla get the feature!
