What MultiVersus new characters are coming? The game has just gotten an update adding Agent Smith, completing the initial characters teased for the return of the game. We’re now wide open for the next MultiVersus character. What can we expect to arrive though? Who will the new MultiVersus characters be?
The game hasn’t quite announced everything just yet. We already know there aren’t any fighters in the MultiVersus roadmap. However, that doesn’t mean we’re completely in the dark though. There’s a handful of characters we can look at which seem the most likely to turn up next. These are the MultiVersus new characters we’re looking at getting in the game soon.

In the last few weeks, anticipation has been building for the next season of MultiVersus. More new features, new fighters, stages, everything. It’s those new fighters that gather the most attention, with MultiVersus new character leaks dominating speculation. While there were a few names we’ve already identified, one is now basically locked in to come next; Samurai Jack.
The MultiVersus new character leaks have a few fighters who are in the file and probably planned. However, the Samurai Jack one is a step further. The leak shows him in an in-game cinematic. Already designed, with players ready to jump in and try him out soon.
It’s likely Samurai Jack will be part of MultiVersus Season 2! So once MultiVersus Season 1 ends, we can expect players to get their hands on the Samurai pretty quickly. The character has a lot of nostalgia for some people, even getting revival series in recent years. His source material also lends itself to a fighter really well. We could see a really creative moveset for this MultiVersus new character when they arrive.
There are quite a few characters who have popped up in leaks for the game, but a handful seem more likely to arrive sooner. Looking at what’s live in the game so far, there are two which are already being teased or are in the files for the game. These two seem like the firmest bets to come next:

Raven, another DC rep, looks likely to be one of the MultiVersus new characters arriving next. They’re already in the game’s files in a small way, thanks to dataminers digging through to find upcoming fighters. Beyond that, they were slightly teased in some promotions for the game coming back too. Raven is the most likely out of the MultiVersus leaked characters to turn up next.
The new character in the game’s files already is Nubia, another DC Comics rep. Between them and Raven we’re expecting one to arrive pretty soon, although both of them, one after another, might be too much DC in a short span. They’re another character found by dataminers, so we’re expecting them to feature in some respect in the game in the near future.

The next character included in the datamines so far has been Daffy Duck. They’re an obvious inclusion. They’re close to a mascot for Warner Bros, so they’d make perfect sense as an addition here!
Those two are the MultiVersus leaked characters most likely to come next. There’s a ton of characters who have been teased or referenced in the files over the game’s lifespan. Enough potential MultiVersus characters to keep adding names for a long time to come.

It’s actually looking more like the next two characters will be Samurai Jack and Beetlejuice, in that order.
Aside from them dataminers have concrete proof of characters via their audio files for Aquaman, the Powerpuff Girls and Pickle Rick (Different playable character from regular Rick. Yes, really.).
Other characters discovered either from associated game files or the leaked audio from other characters talking to them are Ruby from RWBY, the Wicked Witch (might also be one of the next 3 to release), Marceline the Vampire Queen, Dexter, Scooby Doo, the Animaniacs, and one or more characters from Teen Titans Go specifically (Though nothing specifically pointing to Raven, even though she’s most probable). There’s also rumors of Static Shock and Poison Ivy.
These aren’t my made up picks; these are what was found. If I could pick, I’d take from the Gorillaz, OK KO, Mob Pyscho and Fringe; all WB owned. Plus another SU rep.
