The FNCS this Major will decide on another batch of teams to make the LAN at the end of the year. However, the teams who have already qualified will likely still be competing. If we see any of these again win the FNCS Major, they’ll undoubtedly be in a strong position for the rest of the Chapter’s esports.

Tournament Build and Items for FNCS

The Fortnite competitive build for Season 2 is in a bit of an interesting place. We’ve got some strange items that could be useful for busting players out of boxes in fights. However, there’s also the overpowered sniper and new shotgun that’s dominating the meta right now. It’ll be interesting to see how all of this works in the FNCS 2024 Major 2.

One major difference is that the tournament build hasn’t been updated like the main game. The Star Wars items are missing. The Chain of Hades has been vaulted from the tournament build at the last minute. However, there’s still an exciting loot pool active in here. The medallions especially might make all the difference for players who are dropping Grim Gate.
