How to Unlock Chewbacca in Lego Fortnite
Another new event is here, with its own pass full of cosmetics! As the Star Wars crossover returns to Fortnite, there are more opportunities to play through and collect new items. This time the pass isn’t focused on Battle Royale though. It’s a Lego Fortnite Star Wars Pass.
This new pass focuses on the Lego game mode. It’s been consistently one of the most popular new modes, with the biggest share of the FN player count outside of Battle Royale. However, its approach to cosmetics has been a bit odd with players required to buy and unlock building pieces.
If you’ve been waiting for an opportunity to collect some of these free, this is it! It’s a pass chock full of Fortnite Star Wars crossover items with quite a few available for free.

How Does the Lego Fortnite Star Wars Pass Work?
The Lego Fortnite Star Wars pass is active in the game now and you can start earning all of the rewards. How do you move up the pass though? As this pass is focused on Lego Fortnite, you’ll need to play in this game mode if you want to unlock everything.
Players have quests that will need competing. There are Fortnite Star Wars quests in Battle Royale, Festival, even Rocket Racing. However, the Lego quests are pretty important for the Pass.
Doing each of these will give you the special event currency (in this case studs, a nice shout-out to OG Lego Star Wars fans) that moves you up the pass. This way you can skip any quest that’s giving you too much trouble.
The pass has two tiers. The first is free, which contains some nice building options. The second though is the Premium tier with the new Chewbacca skin. The Premium tier costs 1,400 V-Bucks. More than a Battle Pass, but a lot less than buying it in the normal Fortnite item shop.
If you’re looking to pick up another Fortnite skin, then the Pass is quite a good deal. Even those playing for free to collect a few great Fortnite cosmetics entirely for free to get the challenges done.
