Fortnite Halloween Skins Tier List

We’ve ranked the Fortnite Halloween skins based on their coolness, rarity, and community reception. Some players prefer original characters dressing up for Halloween, while others are more into spooky collaborations. Whatever you like, there are still plenty of skins to choose from.

For this tier list, we’ll be focusing exclusively on Fortnitemares skins. If a skin is missing, that’s because it wasn’t part of the event. We’d also like to note that this tier list is subjective—a fun way to celebrate the spirit of Fortnitemares.

Best Fortnite Halloween Skins In 2025

With literally dozens of options to choose from, it can be challenging to pick the best Fortnite skins to buy for Halloween. The Fortnite Item Shop rotates outfits daily, but newer skins still tend to remain for a few weeks before being removed, giving you plenty of time to grab them before they disappear.

So, if you were wondering how to get Fortnitemares skins in Fortnite, and which ones you should look out for, here are the top 5 Halloween-themed outfits.

#1. Art The Clown

The Terrifier protagonist was one of the most anticipated Fortnitemares 2025 skins—and Epic Games did it justice. You can buy it from the Fortnite Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks. Overall, it’s not the most expensive skin, but it’s of very high quality.

#2. Wednesday Addams

Jenna Ortega’s portrayal in the Netflix adaptation of The Addams Family inspires this version of Wednesday. So, if you’re a fan of hers, there’s no reason not to get it. However, buying the Fortnite skin will set you back 1,500 V-Bucks. It also includes the Lego version, so it’s still worth the purchase!

Upcoming And Leaked Halloween Skins In Fortnite

As Fortnitemares 2025 is coming to an end, leaks for skins have become less common. That said, there is a potential “last minute” surprise Epic Games could still be holding onto to close out the Halloween festivities and Chapter 6 Season 4 as a whole.

The official trailer for the new The Simpsons mini-season sees Kang and Kodos terrorize the Fortnite island. They are the two slimy aliens often seen on Treehouse of Horrors episodes. Could they be added as a cosmetic?

Well, fans are hopeful, with leaks suggesting Kang and Kodos could be a back-bling tied to a potential live event. Take a look at the trailer below to see for yourself.

How To Get Halloween Skins In Fortnite

You can get Fortnitemares skins in many different ways: most are purchasable via the Fortnite Item Shop; however, some are exclusive to Fortnite Crew, or can only be earned for free after completing in-game quests.

For example, the Pig the Butcher skin isn’t available in the Item Shop. Instead, you can unlock it by completing a set number of Fortnitemares 2025 quests.

Last year’s Rotten Penny was purchasable via the Item Shop, but only with real-life currency, not V-Bucks, making it another exclusive skin. It cost $18.99 and also gave players access to Save The World and 1,500 V-Bucks.
