There’s some bad news here unfortunately. My Hero Ultra Rumble might be available across platforms but crossplay is not possible at the moment. All matches in-game are done on their respective platforms, meaning each platform has a separate player base, and the matches are played within that platform.
With no current news on an update for crossplay, players are locked into their various platforms and must be on the same platform to play with friends.

Sadly, My Hero Ultra Rumble does not have cross progression. This means even if you have the game on two separate platforms, you will have to start from scratch on the new platform, which can be problematic because of the game’s Gacha system.
Since what you win cannot be carried over to another platform, it cannot be used elsewhere. This means all your favorite heroes and villains you spent time grinding for will not carry over to the other platform.
