The CDL 2026 Major 2 will take place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, United Kingdom, as part of DreamHack. The tournament runs from March 27–29, 2026, preceded by Online Qualifiers from February 13 to March 22, 2026.

Online Qualifiers

The schedule for CDL Major 2 will be available once the Online Qualifiers have concluded.

CDL 2026 Major 2 Format

Online Qualifiers

For the first time, the CDL Major 2 Online Qualifiers will run a full round-robin format, with 12 teams playing a total of 11 matches each over six weeks. All the matches will be played as best-of-five series. 

The top 6 teams will advance to the Playoffs, while the teams seeded 7th–10th will qualify for the Play-Ins. The bottom two teams will be eliminated from the tournament. Each team will also earn 10 CDL points for every win. 

Play-In

The Play-In will feature four teams from the Online Qualifiers competing in a best-of-five series single-elimination bracket. The top-2 teams will advance to the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals of the Playoffs.

Playoffs 

Eight teams will face each other in the Playoffs, comprising six teams from the Online Qualifiers and the top two teams from the Play-In. 

All matches will be played as best-of-five series, except the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-seven series.
