The IESF World Championship 2024 will happen in November, before the M6. Thus, it will be the final testing ground for many teams before they head to Malaysia for the ultimate title. Additionally, the IESF World Championship – MLBB will happen in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia making it the second international tournament for the MOBA title in the Middle Eastern country after the Mid-Season Cup earlier this year. The tournament is organized by the IES; sixteen countries will participate in the final stag, having qualified from regional qualifiers.

The IESF World Championship—MLBB 2024 will take place from Nov. 11 to 19. However, the exact schedule hasn’t been announced yet.

The competition will happen across two stages: the Group Stage and the Playoffs.

Group Stage

  • The 16 teams will be split into four groups of four teams each.
  • They will compete in a single round-robin best-of-one format, with the top two teams from each group making it to the Playoffs.

Playoffs

  • The Playoffs will feature a double-elimination bracket.
  • Each match will be a best-of-three, except for the grand finals, which will follow a best-of-five format.
