The tournament consists of teams from various nations in South and North America. To cater to audiences from multiple countries, VALORANT will broadcast official streams in regional languages, such as Portuguese and Spanish.

The VCT Americas 2025 – Stage 1 will be the next valuable event within the Americas region after the Kickoff. The tournament will have two phases: the group stage and the playoffs.
The first phase will be the group stage, which will take place from March 22 to April 20. The 12 teams in the tournament will be split into two groups: Alpha and Omega. Each group will consist of six teams playing against each other in a single round-robin format.
Teams will receive one championship point for each win during the group stage. These points will be crucial for qualifying for the VALORANT Champions Paris 2025. All the matches within the group stage will be best-of-3 series. The top four teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs.
The playoffs will take place from April 25 until May 5. This phase of the tournament will be played in a double-elimination bracket. Each match will be a best-of-three series. However, the grand finals and lower bracket finals will consist of a best-of-five series. The team winning the upper bracket final will be able to ban the maps played in the grand finals.
The top 3 Stage 1 teams will qualify for VALORANT Masters Toronto in the VCT, which will take place in May. Below is the list of Championship points teams will receive based on the position they finish during the VCT Americas Stage One:
Since its inaugural season, the VCT Americas has had one of the world’s most passionate esports fanbases. In the 2025 season, there will be 12 teams participating in this tournament.
