The VALORANT Game Changers 2024 Championship is set to take place from Nov. 8 to 17 with 10 teams from around the world competing.
This year, the tournament is set to take place in the Riot Games Arena in Berlin, Germany. This was the exact location where the VCT EMEA Split 1 and Split 2 occurred in 2024.

One must note that on November 8th and 9th, the matches will start at 13:00 CEST. From Nov 10th until the Grand Finals, which is on Nov. 17, the matches will start at 16:00 CEST.
This tournament has had three iterations thus far. VALORANT was only officially released on June 2, 2020. Riot initially used a gradual development process for the VALORANT esports scene. At first, privately organized events were welcomed to kickstart the scene before moving on to joint partnerships like First Strike before the Valorant Game Changers Tour launch in 2024.
During the tournament’s first season, there wasn’t a World Championship in the game-changers circuit. Instead, each region had its own set of winners. In 2022, Riot Games introduced the first VALORANT Game Changers Tournament with a prize pool of $500,000. This tournament was won by G2 Gozen in 2022. In 2023, Shopify Rebellion won the tournament in the grand finals against Team Liquid Brazil.
Now, the tournament is set to crown a new champion in the VALORANT Champions Tour.
VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2023 will take place in São Paulo, Brazil between Nov 28 – Dec 3, 2023. Eight teams are seeded directly into a double elimination bracket with a goal of becoming the new Game Changers Champion.
Last year’s champions G2 Gozen are also in attendance and will try to earn a back-to-back trophy.

After a grueling season, the eight best Valorant Game Changers teams in the world will fight on the big stage for the biggest prize of the season. Teams will be seeded into an eight team Upper Bracket and continue down a double elimination path until the Champion is crowned.

Eight teams earned their way into the main event either through Valorant Champions Tour GC regional qualifiers or circuit points. EMEA and North America got two slots each, while Brazil, LATAM, APAC and East Asia get one.
