The VCT Pacific Stage One 2025 will happen from March 22 to May 11. Twelve teams from the APAC region will participate in this event. Ten of the 12 are partnered VCT teams, while two have qualified from last year’s Ascension. Let us look at all the details for the upcoming tournament.

Fans can join the tournament live on the official VALORANT Esports YouTube and Twitch channels. The tournament will feature teams from various Asian countries and have official live streams in multiple languages. These languages include Hindi, Malay, Thai, and Indonesian.
Specific creators within the VALORANT Community will also receive watch party access, allowing them to host live watch-alongs of the tournament. Fans can also connect their Riot account to their Twitch account before watching the tournament to obtain potential exclusive VALORANT Drops.

The VCT Pacific Stage 1 – 2025 will be the next major event after the VCT Pacific Kickoff. The tournament will have two phases: the group stage and the playoffs.
The tournament’s first phase will be the group stage, which will occur from March 22 to April 21. The 12 teams will be split into two even groups during this phase. Each group will play against each other in a single round-robin format. The matches will occur on the weekend, with each team playing one weekly match.
Teams will receive one championship point for each victory during the group stage. These points will be crucial for qualifying for the VALORANT Champions Paris 2025. Each VCT Pacific Stage One group stage match will be a best-of-3 series. The top four teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs.
The playoffs will happen across a double-elimination bracket. All matches in the upper bracket of the playoff stage will be best-of-three. However, the grand and lower bracket finals will consist of best-of-five series. The team that secures a spot in the grand finals through the upper bracket will get to pick the map ban during the grand finals.
One must note that the new agent Waylay will be available to select during the tournament.

The inaugural season of VCT Pacific was during the year 2023. Back then, only the ten partnered teams were a part of the league.
Since then, in 2024, Bleed Esports became the 11th organization to be a part of the league by winning VCT Ascension 2024. But before the 2025 season, Bleed Esports was removed from the league due to financial malpractice, according to Riot Games. Due to this, both finalists Nongshim Redforce and Boom Esports from the VCT Ascension 2024, qualified for the 2025 season of VCT Pacific.
