To note, we’ve taken into account the top 10 placements for every region in the last couple of important Fortnite competitive events. It can be hard to deduce the actual top Fortnite players right now, as they can change very quickly. There will be some famous Fortnite players that you’ll know of.
We’ve broken it down for you to understand our top 10 Fortnite players ranked.
Who are the Top 10 Fortnite Players to Watch in 2025?
This world can fluctuate and change so quickly; things can get closer, and some trios can shock with their performances. Some trios are challenging last year’s champions, and they weren’t even considered major competitors last year.
Things move fast, but looking at their recent performances and their achievements this year, these are considered our best Fortnite pros in 2025:
10. Vic0 – Taylor-Petrik “Vic0” Gatschellhofer

Image source: Red Bull Content Pool
A part of the trio, who have taken two FNCS wins, has made him and his team one of the strongest teams in Europe. They are watched by plenty, and people are starting to take them very seriously, not only in LANS but in other competitive tournaments, too.
Since the start of his competitive career in 2021, he has earned around $585,000 in prize money, just at the age of 18. Currently a part of BIG, a team he joined back earlier in the year, he finished second in the FNCS 2025, Major 3- Europe Grand Finals alongside Flickzy and Veno.
9. Higgs – Ben “Higgs” Anderson

Higgs was considered a breakthrough star for Major 2 and nearly walked away as the winner. They dominated games and finished just a handful of points behind the winners; many considered him the workhorse of the team.
With his high kills and his ability to dominate the low ground, he’d be able to push any team to success. Even with his talented teammates, he could be the biggest challenge on the team currently. A rising creator too and a Twitch following of over 567,000 followers, he is known for his high-energy during a Fortnite game, and some very viral clips.
8. Flickzy – Felix “Flickzy” G

During chapter 6, Flickzy was considered one of the best Fortnite players, and his statistics don’t lie either. He finished second place in Major 3 for Europe, and sixth place in Major 2, making his trio one of the most consistent this season in Europe.
Flickzy is a two-time FNCS winner and is one of the top Fortnite players for the upcoming tournaments. Since becoming active within the competitive scene in 2020, he has earned around $492,000, impressive considering his young age. He is also known for being a part of the AIGHT team, a team that he’s been a part of since mid-2022.
7. Ritual – Maguire “Ritual” Morton

It could be low for one of the leading Fortnite players, but his performances have been improving a lot lately. He is the third player in a very successful trio, alongside Peterbot and Cold. The statistics back it up as they have won two out of three majors this year, a force to be reckoned with.
Some may consider him the weakest of the trio, but Ritual is still a fantastic player. He has developed a lot over the last few tournaments. With the impressive facts to back it up, there’s no doubt that he deserves a place in anyone’s top 10 current Fortnite professional players.
6. Veno – Harry “Veno” Pearson

Veno is one of the best players in Europe right now, being in the top flight since around chapter 3, where he picked up his first FNCS win. Europe remains one of the most competitive lobbies in the world, where the overall skill level is much higher than in other regions.
Finishing second place at the 2022 invitational, fourth in 2023’s Major 1, and first in Major 1 in 2025, facts (and finishing places) never lie. His trio, including himself, Vic0, and Flickzy, is one of the biggest attending trios, definitely a trio to keep a watchful eye on.
5. Acorn – Abdullah “Acorn” Akhras

In the NAC server region, the last three majors have been dominated elsewhere. His trio’s team has been mainly based on the success of Pollo, especially in Major 1 and the near win in Major 3; however, Ajerss and Acorn were just as much of that success as Pollo.
The team doesn’t always have the flashiest of performances, but consistency is key, and they are currently the best Fortnite players in most lobbies. The trio has picked up multiple wins this year, but has been beaten to the victory a couple of times due to underhanded tactics.
4. Ajerss – Aidan “Ajerss” Bernero

Ajerss has dominated a couple of the FNCS Majors this season and was among the top two competing teams at LAN this year. It’s safe to say that this trio, consisting of Ajerss, Pollo, and Acorn, is a well-polished team.
They’re able to work well together and play as a united force, which ultimately wins them games. Regardless of his current success, Ajerss was successful before joining this trio after winning Major 3 in 2023. Any team he is a part of would make them a strong contender.
3. Cold – Joshua “Cold” Butler

AA is part of one of the best trios in Fortnite currently. He is known as the fragger. He and Peterbot dominate their playstyle; they’re both unafraid to storm the dense final circle to pick up as many kills as possible.
It could be considered a risky gameplay style. Peterbot usually dies fairly quickly, and it’s then up to Cold to pick up the pieces. It has been a huge year for Cold, and there’s no reason why Cold shouldn’t be among the Fortnite pros’ names.
2. Pollo – Miguel “Pollo” Moreno

He and Peterbot may have split up after their three back-to-back wins, but it was Pollo himself who made it four by himself. He won Major one – with Acorn and Ajerss, creating one of the longest runs of FNCS wins in the game’s history.
The trio has been largely held back in 2025 due to antics by fellow teams. They were considered the strongest trio in the region in Major 3, but they will do whatever it takes to get that victory. There’s no doubt that Pollo could take another huge win this year.
1. Peterbot – Peter “Peterbot” Kata

There’s no doubt that Peterbot is currently the best Fortnite player, and a contender for best Fortnite player ever. Although he had an impressive run in 2024, 2025 has been mixed for him, but he is one of the players who play by the rules. Not only that, but he has become one of the most popular Fortnite players in the world currently.
He’s won both Major Two and three titles, that’s all due to his willingness to break with convention. In his current trio, their energy has been lacking compared to the team of Pollo, Ajerss, and Acorn, but he, as an individual, is easily the best in the world right now.
Honorable Mentions
Cutting players into the top 10 can be difficult, and some players just missed out. These players below are some that have either previously been ranked or players that are worth keeping in mind when watching upcoming tournaments.
Vanyak – Vanya “Vanyak 3kk” Sakach

Vanyak has become one of the most impressive players recently and has had four victory royales on the Major two leaderboard. His achievements are nothing short of success. His current team is Gentle Mates, and he finished third in Europe FCNS Major 3: Chapter 6, Season 3 in their grand finals.
Vanyak is one to keep an eye on and is primed to be among the top players very soon.
Pixie – Wilmer “Pixie” Juriander
Finishing third in the S Tier, Major 3 Europe grand finals, alongside Vanyak, and only being active since 2021, is eye-opening. He has achieved $171,188 in prize money, just in 2025 alone, and has recently achieved his first FNCS win.
In the FNCS 2023 Global Championships, he finished third, which helped propel him into the top tier this year. Expect big things from Pixie and his team; they’re strong contenders and will keep other trios on their toes.
MariusCOW – Marius “MariusCOW” Wendt
Currently also with Gentle Mates, he is a part of the trio that consists of the two previously mentioned players. Despite only being active since 2022, he has impressed many people. In 2025 alone, he has achieved $161,154 in prize money, despite coming across so many tough opponents.
Incredible performances are what’ve helped him become the player he is today. He is known for his large number of wins and elimination numbers, and it’s safe to say that he’s found his groove since being in this trio. Plus, there’s still more we haven’t heard from him.
Fortnite Streamers v Fortnite Pros
Fortnite remains a very popular game among millions of people. Streamers are of a high level, but you wouldn’t be a fool for thinking that esports is completely different from streaming the game. It requires a different sort of skillset completely.
Streamers are there to develop their skills and become a part of the top 0.001% of players, not to compete for money. Content creators are more focused on giving entertainment to their fans and viewers. We have a further article with the best Fortnite streamer. Check it out to see if your favorite is on the list.
It wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for some players to both play Fortnite competitively and for entertainment purposes for their fans.
Other Fortnite Players Worth Mentioning
Besides those previously mentioned in the top 10, plus the honorable mentions, some other players could be breaking into both lists very soon. Those in the top 10 won’t always stay the same, as tournaments are happening, players’ successes can also change.
We can guarantee that our next top 10 of the best Fortnite players won’t be the same this time next year, but that’s because this industry can change with the click of a button.
Here are some other amazing players to keep an eye on for the rest of the year.
Clix – Cody “Clix” Conrod

Clix is one of the most skilled professional Fortnite players currently in the world. There’s no doubt he’s achieved some great results, but there hasn’t been that big win just yet. He is improving game by game, and his determination and commitment to becoming one of the best players in the world are hard to come by nowadays. Clix is a player to watch.
Bugha – Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf

Most known for his Fortnite World Cup win in 2019, winning it at the age of 16 and doing it completely on his own. From that win alone, he took home $3,000,000 and is still one of the best players globally. Bugha is known for his aggressive and strategic playstyle, and has a huge number of followers and subscribers on both Twitch and YouTube.
Eomzo – Jaxon “Eomzo” Fretz

Currently playing for Elite Esports, he has been active since 2019 and achieved a total of $423,839 in prize money. He was in a trio with Higgs and Clix, where they finished second in S-Tier of the FNCS 2025 Major 2, NA Central in the grand finals, earning them $25,500; but what he’s known for most is his insane fighting skills and aim.
Hen – Henrik “Hen” Mclean

Hen has dropped in performance a little this year, but remains in the higher end of Europe. Since he’s been active, he has won his fair share of major tournaments, but has not had the best results lately. Don’t completely rule him out: he could still easily climb back to the top very quickly.
Tournaments in 2025: Where Can You Watch the Current Best Fortnite Players

Past Fortnite Greats
Vadeal
Vadael has been active in the professional Fortnite scene since around late 2019, and is currently a part of Wave Esports. At the age of 20, he has already earned $701,983 in prize money, mainly from cash cups; however, he recently placed fourth in the FNCS 2025 Major One: NA Central, in the grand finals. He was considered one of the best Fortnite players in 2023; there’s nothing to say he won’t climb his way back to the top.
Saf
Saf is now a retired player from the United States, earning over $1,240.000 in just four years of being active. His last team was TrainHard eSport, and his last competitive appearance as a Fortnite professional was the FNCS: Chapter Two, Season Two, where he finished first in the Grand Finals for NA East.
SpeedyND
An Australian veteran player who was last active in 2022. He’s been on very few esports teams, finishing with PSG TNA. In his four active years in the esports industry, he earned $42,392 in prize money.
Flikk
Flikk has been a part of many esports teams, including Team Atlantis, Become Legends, Wave Esports, Guild Esports, and, lastly, at New Vision. He is still active but remains without a team; however, he last competitively competed in 2020 in a Fortnite esports competition, but only finished in sixth place.
Muz
Muz is still an active player who currently plays for XSET. Since he became active in 2019, he has earned $425,807, impressive considering that he’s only 20 years old. In 2021, he was considered one of the best Fortnite players, even if he didn’t have a very big following. Muz is more successful in solo events than team, but competed in FNCS 2025 Major three: NA Central in the grand finals, finishing in fifth place.
