The new season of Fortnite has a lot for players to explore. When you’re looting, one of the most alluring items has to be the Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics. These are souped-up weapons, one of a kind across the island (at least for the guns). There are also some really unique items in the Fortnite C5 Mythics in Season 4.
If you want to win Fortnite games, having the Mythics is a serious advantage this season. These weapons are much more powerful versions of other guns along with completely unique items. Including a better shotgun and new overpowered versions of core weapons. Each of them is worth seeking out, not to mention the Medallions with special powers you get along with them.
The Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythic guns are concentrated in just a handful of POIs around the map. Although, the other mythic items are a bit easier to find. Especially with the mid-season patch adding even more Mythics, including perhaps our most overpowered item to date. This is where you can track down each of them.

A bunch of new Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics and exclusive items have been brought into Fortnite with the Fortnitemares update. These are available in quite a few places. If you want to finish off the quest associated with the event, this is where you can find the new items:
The Chainsaw isn’t quite a Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics, being technically of the Epic weapons rarity. This can also be purchased from NPCs though, including one at Grim Gate.
Another new item is the Pumpkin launcher, a reskin of the Rocket Launcher. This is kind of a pain though, since there isn’t rocket ammo in the game. You just get a shot or two with the launcher and that’s it. You can get this by defeating the boss at Battlefield or buying it from an NPC at Restored Reels

The Witch’s Broom is a fun mobility tool. It’s available from a few different places. You can get it from the Edward Scissorhands NPC at Grand Glacier, it can also spawn from the rift in POI.

A mythic version of the Wood Stake Shotgun is here for Fortntiemares. While it’s pretty inconsistent, it can hit hard sometimes. You can find the Mythic version by defeating the same boss as the Pumpkin launcher.
Maybe the most common form of Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics this season are those from boss characters. There are three Bosses at the moment. Each drops a weapon and Medallion, although one drops two Mythics and the Siphon medallion.
The new Bosses this season are limited to three per game. They each have a home POI where they can spawn. Last season introduced convoys, but they’re gone. We’re back to dropping at their home if you want to get their stuff. You can find each of the bosses normally in these locations.

Some of these are pretty fun. Doom’s Gauntlets will be familiar if you played Chapter 2. The new Mythic version of the Striker AR is particularly fun too! This season isn’t too focused on real gunplay, but the Mythic Striker is a nice weapon.
We’ve got the boss items and big Chapter 5 Mythics, but there’s a set that isn’t unlocked in the same way. These Chapter 5 items are a set, the War Machine loadout. Only one is truly a mythic but they’re actually found in pretty much the same way. There’s the Auto Turret, Jetpack, and Arsenal of weapons.

Only the Arsenal of Weapons are Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics. These aren’t dropped from a boss though. There’s even an NPC location for War Machine but he doesn’t sell or have anything to do with his stuff. The Jetpack is vaulted at the moment too, but it could be back. There are a few places you can get them:
A lot of this is luck-based until the Rift In POI comes in. However, you can heighten your odds of getting one. For a start, the new POIs for the Chapter have plenty of Avengers chests. Then, there’s the Mod Bench bunkers. These contain Rare Chests and Avengers chests, all of which drop these items. You’re pretty likely to get one going through the Bunkers. Even if you have to trawl the storm a little bit to get them.

One mid-season update has added Iron Man mythics! There are two pieces here. The Flight Kit and Combat Kit. Both are kind of overpowered, although in different ways. Tracking down Iron Man Mythics in each game can be a pain.

The next Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics comes from a much simpler location, you just need to buy them. For this one all you need to do is head to Gweenpool’s location in the car park in front of Reckless Railways. You can talk to her and just buy her Mythic. Nice and simple, provided you land before the other half of the lobby trying to grab them.
The Doctor Doom Transformation is one of the weirder ones. This will takeover the Rift in Island, but only in a handful of games. You have to get lucky, even though it has a 5% rate of appearing. If it does, head to the rift in island and interact with the cauldron.
This season the Fortnite C5 Mythics are back to being a bit crazier, at least for Doom. A few are better versions of the base loot but the Gauntlets go further. They’re unique items you can only get through defeating its current user.

Are the Fortnite Chapter 5 Mythics going to be in tournaments? So far, the general weapon Mythics are included in the loot pool for Fortnite esports. However, other items are not, just the guns make the cut.
These one-of-a-kind weapons feel a bit much though, and we can expect some to be removed in the future.
