Fortnite Remix has tons of fun weapons, but it’s smaller handful of Mythics are some of the most interesting. These are the best weapons in the game, in terms of stats they’re way above the rest. However, this season the Mythics even have extra mechanics. One of the best is the Minigun in Fortnite Remix.
Miniguns have been in the game quite a bit in the past, including a major feature in the original Chapter 2. However, the Minigun in Fortnite Remix is particularly special. It’s a one-of-a-kind weapon, which spats rap verses as you fired it. It currently absolutely shreds builds and players. It’s definitely worth tracking down if you want to win games this Fortnite season. However, it can be tricky to find.

Your choice of landing spot in Fortnite is always important. Seasons like this though with powerful Mythics, it’s particularly important. You’ll need to head to a specific spot to get a chance of collecting it, Eminem is located at the Mom’s Spaghetti POI. Which is essentially a building added to the old Grotto.
This spot on the map is the large cavern on the far side. In previous seasons, it was home to a secret base. Now, it’s a Spaghetti restaurant. The interior is pretty similar though.
If you want to track down the Minigun in Fortnite Remix, you’ll need to beat a boss first. Eminem is to be found wandering this POI. When you see him, you’ll need to defeat him if you want to get the Minigun.

Defeating bosses in Fortnite is pretty routine for a lot of players. They’re actually quite a bit simpler this season too. They only have one health bar. They’re coming at you at full force, but defeating them without reloading isn’t uncommon if you have okay aim.
The big problem with Eminem is how strong the minigun in Fortnite Remix is. thankfully, players have figured out a solid workaround for this fight. Eminem holds the minigun outwards, it’s a long model. He’s also a bot, not a real human opponent. So, players have found by crouching in front of the barrel of the minigun (it’s long enough for Fortnite hitboxes to do this), he’ll just fire into blank space behind you and you can solidly finish him off.
Another strategy is to use lower or higher ground. All the bosses this season seem to struggle with vertical depth.
Once defeated, Eminem will collapse and you take his minigun! He’ll also join you as an additional teammate for the rest of the game.
