With Patch 14.7 hitting the live servers this week, let’s check out what Riot Games has planned for us in Patch 14.8.

LoL Patch 14.8 – Several champion changes

Patch 14.7 came out a few days ago and we’re already starting to see some important changes across every role. Just like we expected, Rek’Sai has dropped in priority following the nerfs. Camille, on the other hand, has risen up in the top lane meta, boasting impressive win rates and increasing pick rates as well. She is slowly slotting into the top-tier category.

The reworked Skarner is also out but he hasn’t been performing too well for now: his win rate is quite low but we should expect him to balance out in the upcoming days. We’ll be monitoring his performance closely.

With that in mind, Riot is making plans for Patch 14.8, which might come with several changes. While nothing is confirmed as of now, there is one Mordekaiser buff coming our way, according to game designer Spideraxe.

Below you can find the numbers and adjustments that are currently planned. Keep in mind, though, that the buffs or nerfs might be subject to further changes in the upcoming days.

Patch 14.8 Release Date

According to the official patch schedule, Patch 14.8 will be released on Wednesday, Apr. 17th. This will be the 8th patch out of the 24 updates planned for the year.
