The Promised Consort Radahn fight is understandably one of the toughest fights in the entire game. When his health reaches 75%, he transforms into Radahn, Consort of Miquella, which is a fight that comes with challenges of its own. To prepare, you should ensure your Vigor is at least 60, to try to avoid getting smashed in one hit. A new Talisman such as Golden Braid will also be effective, as it makes you more resistant to Holy damage for the second phase of the fight.

To beat phase one of the boss battle, you should try and attack during his sword combos. This is when he is weakest to your offense, as he’s pretty quick to recover from his own heavy attacks. Your rolls are going to have be on point here to take him to phase two.

As for phase two, after he has become Radahn, Consort of Miquella, well, good luck. He keeps all his previous attacks, and adds a few more to his repertoire. These are Holy attacks (hence the Talisman). and can cause you massive damage. Despite this, the tactic doesn’t change, only really attacking between sword combos, wearing him down slowly. It’s a real war of attrition, and it could be worth using a summon Spirit Ash to make life slightly quicker. If you do manage to take down Radahn, Consort of Miquella, then congratulations – you’ve just beaten Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree’s greatest challenge.
