Watch Ceb and N0tail at Stockholm Major 2022 today
Delightful blast from the past for team OG fans as founding players, Sébastien “Ceb” Debs and Johan “N0tail” Sundstein get to participate at the Stockholm Major after an unfortunate turn of events. Ceb will play the hard support role, while N0tail servers as coach from the sidelines.

OG’s OGs
Visa issues separate the OG lineup at Stockholm Major
Mikhail “Misha” Agatov and Evgenii “Chuvash” Makarov, captain and coach respectively, had their Sweden visas denied. The Ukraine-Russia conflict is likely the cause behind the denied visas for the Russian players, which is unfortunately inevitable. With vacant roles up for grabs, familiar faces return to the fold.
Considering how prominent OG showcased at the DPC WEU Tour 2 by winning first place, it will certainly be a blow to OG’s cavalry. Misha has been the mastermind behind OG’s unorthodox yet effective drafts that put them among the strongest opponents drafts-wise.
Furthermore, Misha is a reliable support player in his own rights, choosing various skill-intensive heroes, such as Oracle and Chen. His vast hero pool makes him the wild card of OG when it comes to having the perfect counter to enemy combo. After all, no opponent will be absurd enough to ban a hard support player’s heroes.
Veterans and new faces of OG unite!
You heard it right, Ceb is playing as the hard support player, a role which he isn’t reputable for. Sure, Ceb is somewhat of a skilled drafter himself, however, playing a typically low-impact support role will certainly undermine his iconic traits.
Still, Ceb will likely hype up the team to go on to beat say, TeamSoloMid, BOOM Esports, and even Evil Geniuses just for bragging rights. As a matter of fact, that might just be in line with N0tail’s goal, who wouldn’t miss an opportunity to poke fun at the rival team.
Very sad that @dota2misha and @Chuvash66 could not get to the major. It’s a big hit for the team, as they were looking great during that DPC#2. I’ll try my best, even though it’s not going to be easy 😄. Last time I got called to sit in b4 a big LAN it worked out not too bad🤓

Jokes aside, this OG line-up looks monstrously good with the greatest OG minds in play. Hence, it will be exciting to watch this collaboration work hand-in-hand to topple the favorites at Stockholm Major 2022.
Keeping up with the Dota 2 meta
While it’s always nostalgic to watch retired Dota 2 players crawl out of their retirement plans for another kick at the game. Much of the scene has changed since the founding OG players last competed. Chances are, we might not even have a taste of the veteran players’ innovative ideas come into play at Stockholm Major.
Late game meta isn’t the most sustainable in the current market when considering stronger drafts, which revolve around gaining that momentum mid-game. Heroes such as Templar Assassin, Io, and overwhelming global presence seem to be what win matches. Therefore, N0tail old-school drafts aren’t going to work, not without a mastermind, such as Anathan “ana” Pham at the forefront.
Whether OG delivers phenomenally or not, we can at least expect a heartwarming moment where Ceb, N0tail, and Jesse “JerAx” Vainikka have a fun banter. JerAx is currently the only founding OG player, who still plays competitively, albeit for Evil Geniuses.
There are certainly good times we can relive at the Stockholm Major 2022, seeing OG’s OGs all on the stage.
