Greg Champagne, CEO of Epsilon commented on the new partnership: “It is with great pride that today Epsilon partner with VIE.gg. This is a whole different ball game, the first betting exchange platform where players challenge other players. VIE.gg understands the community needs, and we are happy to have found the right partner that understand and support players. Extremely excited to begin this new venture and I can see nothing but big things to come from Epsilon/VIE.gg partnership during 2019.

This isn’t the first time Epsilon partnered with a big name though – late last year, the company partnered up with English football club Manchester City in order to cover the Gfinity Elite series and to compete in the FIFA portion of that tournament’s series.

Other partners also include Hype Energy, SCUF Gaming, Trust Gaming, ViewSonic, GT Omega Racing, Fragnet, AVerMedia, Gamer Grip, and GUNNAR.

Naturally, Esports Entertainment Group also gave a statement on the new deal. Grant Johnson, CEO of the company said: “We are extremely honored to welcome Epsilon eSports to the VIE family. As one of the first true esports organizations, Epsilon has a long and successful history of esports championships that has earned them a world class reputation and fan base. As our first Tier-1 esports team partnership, today marks a significant milestone for VIE and we look forward to great success together.

Epsilon has been around since 2008 and has its proverbial fingers in several pies – CS:GO, CoD, FIFA, H1Z1 to name jus a few. They are a leader in console esports with multiple championships already behind them.

As for the platform that Esports Entertainment Group is providing (VIE.gg) – it is an exchange style betting platform that offers secure, licensed and regulated bets on esports events. Last year, VIE.gg announced affiliate marketing partnerships with no less than 190 esports teams from around the world – a number they want to improve upon in the upcoming year. It’s admittedly quite a tall order, but with numerous strong partners behind them, it’s also very possible – for now, this partnership is one to watch!
