For the ones who are just starting out, they should know that the game randomly assigns you modes and maps. You will have to compete against nine more people in the lobby to collect the gems and emerge on top of the leaderboard without getting busted by your opponents. However, there are some characters that you have to have in your Squad to create the best meta team in Squad Busters. Here’s how you can choose them.

When you start playing the game, you should blindly choose a few characters to begin your run in the game. These include the Barbarian King. In other Supercell games, Barbarian King is one of the most powerful characters. It’s the same with Squad Busters. Choosing him in the early stages of the game will help you bust a lot of skeletons to obtain coins. Once you move to a different map, the strategy changes. This isn’t surprising as Squad Busters has a long list of characters. Keeping Archer Queen as the starting character will help you add buff to all the ranged characters. If you want to start your game with the Queen, then you will have to add multiple characters that will focus just on ranged attacks. If you try to create a squad with multiple characters of different kinds, your squad can get “busted” in just a few seconds. Here’s the squad you can try:

The third one you can try is the Bo’s Ranged attack. Just like the Archer Queen, Bo is one of the ranged characters. You can unlock Bo very easily and use him in the game. He steps away from the squad and then attacks the opponent’s squad. Using him will help you get more access to defeat not only the opponents but also the monsters you can bust in the game. Since you get different maps every time you step into a match, you need to keep some map-based meta teams in your squad. For this, you need to know how each map works. If you get the gist of how each map works, you will be able to play the game better and win more gems.

With an array of maps in the game, you will have to have a lot of tricks up your sleeves. Here are a few things you need to keep in mind before entering a match, till your map is getting sorted by the game’s algorithm:
For certain maps like the Doppelganger, where the characters change every time, you can open a chest to get Gold Coins, and use Goblins to begin your journey. In this map, each time you open a chest, you will get a different character, and all of your characters will transform into them.
So, using Goblin to start this would only mean that you begin with extra coins, and then when you choose to swap, you get some more. This will make opening chests more convenient, and you can then have enough characters in your squad to attack during the final stages of the game. Going by the statistics, you will get 20 Gold Coins every time you switch to Goblin.
If you get some other map, that is loot-centric, you can use Chicken. Not only is it fast, but it can also help you get the boosts that will increase the speed of your squad. Once you get enough loot: gold coins, boosts, and powers, you can concentrate on opening chests to expand your squad. After chicken, you can choose any of the above-mentioned troops, to play the game.
If you get a map that requires you to just collect gems, you will again have to start with the Chicken and then get Goblin by your side. After that, you need to start opening chests to make your squad strong. Additionally, it’s recommended that you try to get the Barbarian King and the Hog Rider to get speed and strength by your side. Rage and speed are your two best friends in the game.
