Clash of Clans is one of the most-played mobile games in the world. The game was released back in 2012, a time when mobile devices weren’t very powerful enough to handle the big titles we have today. Supercell solved this problem with Clash of Clans, though, by making a base-building strategy game. Now the game can be played with a mouse and keyboard as well. Over the years, the game has gotten a lot of upgrades and changes. This includes graphical ones and content updates, as a result of which, the game still features in the top charts of many countries in the world. Supercell even released a real-time game mode which allowed Clash of Clans to venture into esports.

Since its beginning, though, the game has strictly been for mobile. Being a simple tap-to-deploy and defend game, there hasn’t been much of a demand to play it on PC. Even if you wanted to, Supercell doesn’t allow emulators for its games. However, this has changed with the launch of Clash of Clans on the Google Play Games Beta last year, which lets you play the game on PC.

How to play Clash of Clans on PC?

If you are looking to build, defend, and attack bases with a keyboard and mouse, here’s the guide to playing Clash of Clans on a PC.

On your PC, open the official Google Play Games website.
Click on Download beta.
Once it finishes getting downloaded, click on it to begin the installation process.
After it’s installed, you need to open the application. It might download some additional files.
Once this is done, click on Search and type in Clash of Clans.
Click on Install.
Once it’s finished, you can open it to play Clash of Clans on PC.

Supercell has said that the game will support mouse controls and that it has also optimized the graphics for PC devices. Its availability on a new platform will definitely boost the Clash of Clans Player Count too.
