Heroes of the Storm fans can buy BlizzCon Opening Week 2018 Tickets

May is normally a quiet month for Heroes of the Storm players who prepare for the tournaments of June. In 2018, the Heroes of the Storm Global Championship Mid-Season Brawl is the most important summer event. It is scheduled for the second week of June and will bring together some of the best players in the world. The points earned in this tournament will also count towards qualification for the most important event of the year. 2018 will culminate with the BlizzCon HotS tournament in late October.

In anticipation of that event, fans can already purchase BlizzCon Opening Week 2018 Tickets. The first round of sales has concluded and all the tickets were purchased, but fans have another chance this week. This is the first time that Blizzard grants access to live audiences for the early rounds of Heroes of the Storm Global Championship (HGC) finals. In addition to granting access to its flagship MOBA game tournament, the ticket will allow players to take behind-the-scenes tours and explore the Blizzard Arena.

The place to be for Heroes of the Storm Fans

Blizzard has announced that tickets for this event will go on sale starting on May 17 at 8 AM PDT. The prices differ based on the level of access and the number of days, but range from $30-$50. The more expensive ones will include the Blizzard Arena Behind-the-Scenes Tour sessions and feature multiple dates and times. In addition to HotS games, fans will also witness the early rounds of StarCraft II World Championship Series (WCS) Global Finals and World of Warcraft Arena World Championship.

Due to space limitations, the audience will be able to watch these games on a different day from the one scheduled for the work. Tickets for all three tournaments can be purchased separately, with discounts for those who purchase a bundle. The guided tour of Blizzard Arena Los Angeles will take one and a half hours and shed more light on how esports productions are done. These three games are among the most popular in the MOBA, RTS and MMORPG games played at professional level.
