Pokémon GO adds Grubbin, but which Pokémon are still missing?

On August 10, the Bug Out event kicks off in Pokémon GO. During, Bug type Pokémon will spawn more often in the wild. Additionally, Grubbin will be available for the first time.

Previously, Grubbin was first seen in the Alola region. This is one of a couple regions that have not been widely explored in the mobile game. It’s a Bug-type. It evolves into Charjabug (25 candies) and then to Vikavolt (100 candies).

It’s the latest addition to the game, joining recent newcomers Wimpod and Stufful. Despite the recent onslaught of new Pokémon, there are plenty still missing. Here’s which critters still haven’t been added to Niantic’s smash hit.

Which Pokémon are still missing from Pokémon GO?

Emphatically, all Pokémon from the first two generations are present. Everything from Kanto and Johto are present.

Gen 3 (Hoenn)

Firstly, the majority of Hoenn beasts have been added. However, Kecleon, the Normal-type Pokémon, has not been added. It does not evolve to anything else, though.

Presently, Gen 9 is not out yet. Scarlet and Violet release in November. New ones like Fidough and Quaxly will debut. However, they may not be in the mobile game for a while, though. Three regions still have several missing. This makes Gen 9’s inclusion a long way off.

Eventually, Niantic wants all of them in its game. There are a total of 133 that aren’t in the game. After that, new ones will have to wait.

However, that will take time. There is no end coming, so they shouldn’t struggle to get all of them in the game. When it’s all said and done, all creatures should be available.
